The Core Shāradā Team a group of believers who are committed to reviving Shāradā, The sacred script of the Valley of Vitasta. Shāradā has been our script for centuries however neglect over there last few hundred years left it being used by for ceremonial purposes and we strongly believe that it just needs a little concerted effort from all of us to get it back to its glory.
Core Shāradā Team(CST) was officially founded as an NGO in December 2020.
Directors and co- founders at Core Shāradā team foundation : Shri Rakesh Koul from Bangalore , Smt Veronica Peer from Pune and Sunil Mahnoori from Kolkata, who have been working with Core Shāradā Team for last 10 years and have been engaged in various activities like teaching, publications and manuscripts.
Apart from teaching and providing training on Shāradā lipi, CST has been doing an extensive research on Shāradā manuscripts. Have developed font for Shāradā lipi , satisar sharada is available on Google Play Store. We have released many books on Shāradā lipi, which includes Shāradā primer 1 and 2 and Koshur Praveshika. Koshur Praveshika is one of the most awaited books that focuses on how to read and write kashmiri in Shāradā language. The book has been accepted and appreciated on an academic level by some eminent scholars of our community and the foreword in the book has been provided by none other than the legendary actor Anupam Kher.
Book was released on 19 June 2022 in presence of revered professionals, Prof Dr. Sudhir Sopory, Dr. C.l Raina and Ms Bhasha Sumbli
